Counseling

for

Adolescents & Adults

Welcome

I’m glad you’re here.

Are you looking for change but not sure where to start? You’re not alone. It can feel overwhelming to seek help, and I am proud of you for taking the first step. If you’re someone who needs patience, guidance and understanding through your healing process, you have come to the right place.

When you are ready, together we can explore a deeper sense of meaning in your life and help you find ways to accept and love who you are, as you go through the process of becoming the person you want to be. You don’t have to be perfect, you are enough. Life is hard, but it can also be beautiful, and you don’t have to go through it alone.

When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves
— Viktor E Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning

Yes, therapeutic models are important, However, one of the most important ingredients for your progress in counseling is the therapeutic relationship we will build in session. I encourage you to be your most authentic self and it is my priority to provide a comfortable environment for you to express yourself freely. I am a naturally curious person, once we’ve established a trusting relationship, you will most definitely be asked questions that will make you think! My intention is to help you process your current situation while helping you build a strong sense of self through exploring your core values.

Healing will not look perfect and that’s okay. With grace, truth and time, healing is possible.
